This page gives an overview of our booking method. If something isn't clear and you can't find the answer in the FAQ, please contact us and we will get right back to you.


Here is a list of items to help you through the booking process.

  • Check our schedule to make sure the time and date is available. We often perform for more than one event in a day if times and distance allow.
  • Decide what level of service you require.
    • Prelude and Ceremony
    • Reception
    • Songs or special services
  • Contact us to discuss details of your event: time, place, number of guests, special needs.
  • We will then send a contract specifying the details of your event. In this way everybody knows what is required to make the day a success.
  • After you review the contract you must sign two copies and return them to us with your deposit. You will have a third copy for your records.
  • That's all there is to it! We always like to touch base with you two or three weeks before your day to discuss any last minute details that might affect the music.
